XstreamEngine2 support plan (XSP) guarantees the performance of hardware and software for 12 months and includes both phone and email support. Replacement hardware will be cross-shipped within 24 hours of diagnosis if repairs cannot be performed remotely. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Winnov. Extended service plan(s) must be purchased at the same time XstreamEngine2 system(s) are/is purchased.
